15. TROUBLESHOOTING

Remedy

• Connect correctly.

• Connect to the AC outlet. (The Digital

Video Recorder supplies power to the

Remote Controller even when in standby

mode.)

• Connect correctly.

• Switch on the power.

• Connect equipment correctly. (Refer to p.

13; Equipment Selection.)

• Enter the password and log in to the

desired operation level. (Refer to p. 33;

Log-In and Log-Out.)

• Enter the password and log in to the

desired operation level. (Refer to p. 32;

Entering the Digital Video Recorder

Password.)

• Insert the USB key.

• Set “Control” in the group settings to ON.

(Refer to p. 40; Group Settings.)

• Set the Monitor lock settings to [UNLOCK].

(Refer to p. 50; Monitor Lock.)

• Perform DVR check to confirm that the

Digital Video Recorder to be operated is

recognized. (Refer to p. 49; DVR Check.)

• Select equipment correctly. (Refer to p.

13; Equipment Selection.)

• Match the camera address and the Digital

Video Recorder’s video input number.

(Refer to p. 52; Equipment Connections.)

• Match the transmission rate. (Refer to p.

45; Camera Protocol.)

• AC adapter not correctly connected.

• The Digital Video Recorder’s power

not switched on.

• The Digital Video Recorder to be

operated not selected.

• Password for the Remote Controller

not set.

• Password for the Digital Video

Recorder not set.

• The Digital Video Recorder’s USB

key detached.

• Access to the Digital Video Recorder

to be operated not allowed.

• Monitor lock function enabled.

• Communications not performed

between the Remote Controller and

Digital Video Recorder.

• The Combination Camera to be

operated not selected.

• Camera address not matched.

• Transmission rate not matched.
